Michael Lilly Named Partner

Michael Lilly joined Griffith Davison in 2005 after graduating from Baylor Law School. Shortly thereafter he carved out a niche in the firm’s transactional section, focusing almost exclusively on the drafting of documents which are the core of our clients’ construction practices, ranging from entity-formation documents to real-estate procurement.

His expertise is invaluable both to the firm and to our clients. And as such, effective January 1, 2016 Griffith Davison is proud to name Mr. Lilly one of our partners.
