Kimberly Davison & Keith Heath Author Chapter in 2017 A201 Deskbook

The ABA Forum on Construction Law recently published its 2017 A201 Deskbook, which includes a chapter authored by Kimberly Davison and Keith Heath. The ABA Forum produced the book in association with the American Institute of Architects. This valuable resource is a guide to the AIA A201-2017 General Conditions, which are the most commonly used form of construction terms and conditions nationwide. The publication of the book coincides with the release of the new AIA 2017 form documents.
