Kimber Davison Selected for Successive Term on TEXO BOD

DALLAS, TX (January 17, 2022) – The firm is pleased to announce that Kimber Davison has been selected for another successive term on the TEXO (North Texas Associated General Contractors / Associated Builders and Contractors) Association Board of Directors.

Kimber is a tenured leader in construction law, and an active member of TEXO. In addition to her role on the TEXO Board, she is a member of the TEXO Legal Advisory Committee / Governmental Affairs Committee, TEXO Women’s Forum, and also recently served on TEXO’s Task Forces on both Owner- Contractor Agreements and Subcontracts.
