Jason Cagle Named Partner

Jason L. Cagle joined Griffith Davison, P.C. in 2008, after clerking for a U.S. District Judge and practicing for several years with a well-known law firm. He has been instrumental in helping our clients solve problems and resolve disputes, both informally and through litigation and arbitration proceedings. Jason has litigated matters involving a wide variety of issues arising from construction and real-estate development, including analyzing and enforcing complex contracts, working out business-partner disputes, and resolving construction-defect claims.
