J.P. Neyland Published Article on Contract Clauses Addressing Natural Disasters

J.P. Neyland recently published an article entitled Natural Disasters and Real Estate and Construction Contracts in the January 2018 issue of the Dallas Bar Association’s Headnotes. The article discusses provisions addressing allocation of risk, monetary exposure, delays in performance, and destruction of a project or property in the event of a natural disaster like the recent hurricane in South Texas.
