Griffith Davison Expands its Litigation Team with the Addition of Ryan W. Lione

Griffith Davison is pleased to announce that Ryan W. Lione has joined the Firm, further expanding its team of recognized commercial litigators in the Firm’s Austin office. Ryan is experienced in business and civil litigation, corporate law, complex business transactions and business formation, real estate law, construction law and construction litigation, and public finance.

Prior to joining Griffith Davison, Ryan led the public finance division for an Austin law firm where he represented clients in a wide range of industries and served as general counsel to many businesses in the Austin area. His education includes obtaining a J.D. and M.A. from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2008, and prior to that an MBA from Texas State University in 2005. Ryan is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Colorado.
